A simple drill that only requires a basketball and a hoop.

Place a player underneath the basket and have them hold the ball in the air with two hands, then attempt to touch the ball to the backboard. If a player is unable to reach the backboard, have them jump as high as they can.

The player should then power up to score the layup off the glass while keeping the ball as high as possible.

Players should continue til the predetermined time elapses (recommended 30-45sec).

If you have multiple players you can put a player on each side of the basket.
