Practice Tips

  • Make your drills the basis for conditioning- Getting players into shape through smart practice design and intensity is preferable.
  • Have a Schedule- Plan out your practice beforehand with time allotted to certain drills and walk-throughs. Be consistent in trying to stay on time but be ready to adjust to eliminate things if time doesn't allow.
